Who are they actually?

When people meet who are similarly crazy, understand each other blindly and have all experienced how work makes them sick, the goal is clear: an idea to make the future of work a little healthier.
History of how we came together

And it came as it had to come

Do you know that feeling when you meet people who have the same ideals and ideas? They can see from the tip of your nose what's bothering you. They continue to spin thoughts before you have spoken them. You have experienced something similar. When you realize that it fits like a glove and it just makes your head wooom? As crazy as this whole idea of a new form of management consulting sounds, the creation of mindway is just as crazy.

The idea came about, what a coincidence, at an individual seminar. “Either you’re at each other’s throats or you love each other,” the supervisor at the educational institute told Marius. Looking for new paths, Sophie booked the seminar shortly before Christmas 2019. And what can we say, we're still alive. We quickly realized that our vision of “a healthy working world of tomorrow” is the same. Our expertise would complement each other perfectly. "Come on, let's do something together." After just a few hours, the seminar leader's question sounded like a fantasy. But he didn't let up. Good this way! During the second day of the seminar, both of them repeatedly drifted away from the actual topic and came up with the first mini-concept together. The possibility was too tempting, even if it was crazy, so they both agreed to meet again. Not trusting her own mind, Sophie wanted Antje to be there. She fit the idea. It would even be the missing link to the successful realization of the project. Antje met Sophie on a customer assignment. They quickly became allies.

Only a short time later we all met at the house by the lake. And, wooom! The concept was created after just 5 hours of working together, including the name, domain and portfolio. We were all on fire. We all got sick from our jobs and saw how others almost fell apart because of their everyday work. With mindway we wanted to change that. What went wrong? We quickly had to throw our schedule overboard. Originally with a start date in October, we wanted to prepare everything in peace. Wrong thought. It was the enthusiasm about our project that brought us so many interested parties through word of mouth that we decided to start sooner.

As if on a huge wave and at turbo speed, we kept overtaking ourselves.Mindway Consulting GmbH was finally born on March 9th with entry in the commercial register. Full order books made us feel positive - and then the corona pandemic came. A challenge for a company as young as us and many other start-ups. After the initial state of shock that spread around the world, we didn't want to give up. We organized our customer communication digitally so that we could also work online in the future. As if Covid-19 wasn't enough, our plans increasingly diverged, so much so that Marius left the company in April.

Now it is up to us and you to create a new and healthy as well as efficient working world that makes everything possible - according to the motto:
As well as.
