mindway specializes in development processes for companies and people.

Why?
In practice, we have been experiencing for many years that people become ill because of their work situation. They are burnt out and can hardly perform anymore. Changing environmental factors such as social change, increasing competitive pressure and advancing digitalization pose major challenges for many. These are becoming increasingly difficult to cope with. New requirements for structures, organization and a new way of working or living together become necessary.

In order to grow successfully and healthily again, it is important to recognize the adjustment screws. Where have human limits been reached? Where are there communication deficits? Where do existing structures and processes need to be adapted?

Mindway Consulting GmbH is an agency for development and change processes. mindway's holistic concept continues its work where classic management consultancies or personal coaches leave and puts the topic of people and companies in context. Because without people, a company cannot function.

The muzel principle

Sometimes you outgrow a situation. Like a child whose shoes suddenly become too tight. It is similar with corporate or life structures. Life, society and your own needs change over the years. Adjustments over time are just as useful here. Unlike with children's shoes, change is more difficult here. Because outgrowing structures is less clear. In order to make it visible, mindway has developed the muzel principle.

mindway's development concept offers holistic solutions. In addition to situation analysis, we provide practical support for projects. We combine advice with training. Changes can thus be successfully initiated or better internalized.
