The selection of content is prepared and coordinated specifically for the company based on concrete added value. Each knowledge unit is supplemented by teaching techniques and methods that are easy to use in everyday life and aim to prevent stress and increase your own productivity. In order to view people as a whole, active and relaxing elements are integrated into the appointments. Smaller exercise units, such as a short walk, can relieve tension, improve your mood and anchor what you have learned better in your long-term memory. This keeps your mind and body fit.

It's enough for us if you come as you are with an extra dose of openness. We bring all documents and materials with us. Take it easy, even in sweatpants if you like. Be relaxed and curious. Those who learn through play simply remember more.
Fixed times, unless you agree to change that
Our units have fixed start and end times. They are a good framework but not set in stone. Are the course primarily intended for late risers or early risers? If you agree, we'll start later or sooner. Give us a tip in the registration form.
